Evidences Anti-Corruption Bureau has in court against the Foundation

Anti-Corruption Bureau, through the court, is demanding from the Foundation to hand over extensive information and personal data (identities, photo and video materials, correspondence, and other information). As justification for requesting this information, the Anti-Corruption Bureau presents as evidence the following activities carried out by the Foundation:

  • The Foundation supported election observation process and informing citizens about the good of the European Union;
  • The Foundation defended human rights and supported initiatives aimed at European integration;
  • The Foundation participated in rallies in support of Georgia’s European future;
  • Keti Khutsishvili spoke at the European Parliament, criticized Russian-style authoritarianism, and said that the Georgian people need support.

In reality, for more than 30 years, the foundation has been openly working to empower the citizens of Georgia. The activities listed by the Anti-Corruption Bureau reflect the will of society and are aimed at the country’s progress and development.
