On February 16, non-governmental and media organizations working on election issues announced officially ‘This Affects You Too’ campaign at Courtyard Marriott Hotel. Support for the campaign is provided by the Open Society Georgia Foundation (OSGF).
As part of the campaign, a petition has been prepared. It may be signed by any organization and citizen wishing to change current election legislation and not expressing interest of any political subject.
The petition has been already joined by around 200 organizations and citizens. The collection of electronic signatures is also under way at www.petitions24.com/esshengexeba.
The NGOs and experts working on election issues also developed 
a package of legislative proposals, which they introduced to the signatories to the petition. The package along with the petition will be submitted to Parliament of Georgia on 17 February at 2 p.m.
