14.03.2016

‘It Affects You Too’ has been reactivated due to the appalling instances of publication of unauthenticated video tapes of personal character, allegedly of politicians, on March 11 and 14, 2016. Since 2014 the members of the campaign have been claiming that illegal surveillance was still in practice.

This time, campaigners urge the government to proceed with efficient and fair investigation and review the surveillance legislation.

The first press conference and the meeting with the president took place on March 14 at the office of Open Society Georgia Foundation.

On March 19, the rally in the center of the city took place.
