On September 23, Gallery of the Open Society Georgia Foundation hosted an exhibition of works by Ukrainian artist Sergey Ponochenyuk. Sergey’s artworks are unique, created by innovative method – visual information of his paintings is conveyed to blind and visually impaired people by using tactile and auditory perceptions.
Blind musicians from the Center for the Visually Impaired performed during the opening of the exhibition.
The exhibition will run until September 25.
On September 27, the exhibition will be opened in Kutaisi. Batumi Summer Theatre will host the exhibition on September 29.
