The joint project of Open Society – Georgia Foundation Economic Development Program and JSC Paladi Invest “Retraining and supporting self-employment of the densely populated IDPs” has be running for six months.

The business-plans developed by applying knowledge obtained during the training courses delivered by Centre for Training and Consultancy in terms of the project, based on their own business ideas and with assistance of qualified consultants were submitted by the project beneficiaries – densely populated IDPs – to project partners “Bank of Georgia” and “Paladi Invest” for review and conclusions.

Upon discussing, the decision was taken to render financial support to three out of five submitted business-plans. The winners were presented with symbolic cheques testifying financing. The representatives of JSC Paladi Invest, Bank of Georgia, densely IDPs and Mass Media attended the event held at the OSGF office.
