Human Rights in Healthcare, a guide will be presented to the public in the Tbilisi Marriott Hotel on Friday, September 9, 6 p.m.
The publication is a practitioner’s guide for lawyers to make it easier for them to employ legal tools to protect the right to health.
The guide deals with constitutional provisions, conventions, laws, bylaws, rights and obligations of medical service providers and patients. It provides real examples related to patients and health care service providers and considers specific cases.
