This report analyses party and campaing financing of Georgian parties, focusing issues concerning transparency and accountability. The report is divided into four chapters: 1) annual state funding for political parties; 2) election campaign finance; 3) budget funding allocated to political parties for voter list verification during the 2010 local elections; 4) recommendations for resolving the current problems in the party finance sphere.
