A round Table with the topic of “Accessibility of Information on environmental issues, civil participation and legal standards (Implementation of ENP action plan obligations and its implication)” was held in Open Society Georgia Foundation meeting hall. 

Main speakers of the meeting were: Nino Gvazava – Orhus Centre; Manana Qochladze – Green Alternative, CEE Bankwatch Network; Tamar Kordzaia – Young Lawyer’s Association; Presentations were followed by discussions.

The meeting materials will be published in e-leaflet issued in terms of the project On Civil monitoring of European Neighborhood Policy Action plan for Georgia; previous editions are available at www.enp.ge. The meetings at OSGF are organized within the framework of the project On Civil monitoring of ENP Action plan for Georgia. 

The project is initiated and funded by Open Society Georgia Foundation and Eurasian Partnership foundation.

Following round table will be held on October 17 around the topic “Prospects for simplified EU visa procedures for Georgian Citizens”. 

The chief speakers of the meeting:

Paata Papuashvili – Ministry of Foreign affairs of Georgia
Nino Chokheli – Georgian-European consultancy centre for Economic policy and legal issues 

Presentations will be followed by discussion that will give origin to Policy Briefs.

Representatives of NGOs, governmental bodies and European Union are invited to the meeting.
