Ethnic minorities are more socially excluded:
Representatives of ethnic minorities do not have access to quality education, health care, and government services. Such social and economic exclusion can only be addressed through comprehensive public policies meeting various challenges of low inclusion and poverty.
Other indicators of social and economic exclusion of representatives of ethnic minorities and related recommendations can be found in more detail in the latest study and policy documents drafted by the Institute for Social Studies and Analysis (ISSA) and the Social Justice Center in the framework of a project supported by the Open Society Georgia Foundation. The study is available in Georgian, Armenian, and Azerbaijani languages.
