GIPA’s award to Open Society Georgia Foundation for continuoes support
Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) celebrated graduation for 2009. This is the 14th graduation year of the institute. 154 alumni obtained Master’s diplomas in 7 various specialties: Public administration, Public Policy, Self-governance and local governance, Media and communications management, journalism and media management, international politics and international law.
Creation of the institute was prompted by the urge to develop democratic state through up-bringing new generation and education. Since the foundation Open Society Georgia Foundation was one of the first donor organizations which contributed to development of the institute through grants and other supporting efforts.
Instute solemnly awarded the diploma to Open Society Georgia Foundation for provided assistance and support.
