The journalistic investigation “President’s Symbolic Gifts”, implemented by the studio “Monitor”, was presented to the audience in the Open Society – Georgia hall on July 29. The investigation refers to the distribution of state property by the presidential decree of the president Mikhail Saakashvili.
According to the documentation revealed by the studio “Monitor”, during the last 3 years the president gave out the state owned immovable property worth tens of millions.
The concrete individuals who were granted the state property for symbolic or minimal price are also mentioned in the film.
