- Strengthening the capacity of the non-governmental sector and new activist groups, through the coordination of supporting actors, analytical papers, and support of legal aid networks;
- Promotion of the extraordinary mechanism of checking the integrity of judges (“vetting) in the judicial system and implementation of institutional reforms in accordance with the recommendations of the European Union Commission and the Venice Commission;
- Encouraging and facilitating the declaration of youth and first-time voters in the parliamentary elections;
- Support the Equality Coalition to strengthen anti-discrimination mechanisms for the discriminated groups to receive adequate legal assistance, identify system flaws, and develop means of their elimination.
The Human Rights Program will consider both facilitated and open-door applications in accordance with program priorities.
