As a result of the Georgian Dream’s unconstitutional and repressive laws, bank accounts of civil society organizations — including the Civil Society Foundation — are currently frozen. Under these same laws, the Foundation is also restricted from receiving additional funding. Consequently, the Foundation’s programs are temporarily unable to review project proposals or issue grants. This important opportunity to support the Georgian people will only become available again if these undemocratic laws are repealed.
